Golden Poles Chalet is located just outside the gate of Ski Bowl East. From here you can walk to tubing and lifts in the Winter or Adventure Park in the Summer. A shared basement garage parking means no cleaning snow or digging out to drive to other nearby resorts. For those needing a help or hauling gear there is an elevator but the building’s south stairs are just outside our front door.

See our recent reviews from Airbnb, VRBO from the first half of 2021 when Vacasa was managing. In October 2021 we switched to Collins Lake Resort and Mt Hood Management as it made so much sense to partner with our neighbor Ski Bowl to offer lift ticket and adventure pass throught their Gold Card discounts only available through them.
About Us
Over 30 Years Of Warm Welcome...
We’ve offered our condo for rent until April 20, 2015 when the building was completely destroyed by a fire.
It’s taken over five years to rebuild our Golden Poles Chalet building and Powder Lodging 301. Rebuilding is not easy but it brings opportunies to build a new special place specifically targeted as a vacation rental for our customers.
Most of our scenic views comes simply from the location but adding the loft dormers as a rebuilding requirement for the 3rd floor unit adds the new direct Mt Hood views.
A few of our rental targeted improvements you might appreciate include:
- Remote automation to pre-heat the unit ahead of an arrival
- Keyless entry changed on each rental for security
- Wine/beverage fridge and breakfast coffee bar
- Over-sized 84 gallon water heater for competing showers
- Custom made TwinXL bunks safely secured to wall
- Timed boot dryers in Ski/Board closet
- 30MB fiber internet
