Our property rental partner VRConnection provides us with the ability for you
to book your stay online. The reservation process allow you to make a
reservation request to confirm the rates and dates without commitment. All
reservation steps are normally completed on the internet through email but phone
reservations are welcome and we can provide information through US Mail if
preferred.

Step 1: Reservation Request
A reservation begins as a request for a stay by means of filling out a reservation request
form. Filling out a request form does not guarantee your reservation for the dates you requested and can be done without commitment.
Step 2: Offering Reservation
When a requested stay can be accommodated we will respond with an online reservation offer to you. The offer includes cost information for the stay, as well as provides an
online Rental Agreement and payment terms. This is sent to you via email. You
are under no obligation to rent when we provide you with an offer but offers not responded to in 3 days
will expire.
Step 3: Reservation Acceptance
Once a reservation offer is issued you can either accept or decline the offer. If you decline the offer and give reason a modified offer may be presented or
you may always decline and enter a new reservation. If you accept an offer then you will be sent a confirmation of your acceptance via email.
Step 4: Receipt of Deposit Payment/Paperwork
Once you accept a reservation offer you will need to provide payment of your
refundable security deposit to hold your dates. Your offer provides our address
for sending payment by check or we accept almost any credit cards via our
Merchant Card processor Authorize.net. Receipt of your deposit must occur within
3 days of the reservation
acceptance and we will send you a confirmation when we have received your
deposit. Rentals inside of 30 days requirement payment in full including the
deposit via credit card at the time of reservation acceptance.
Step 5: Balance Due Notifications at 60 and 30 days out
After a security deposit has been received for a reservation the first half of your
total due is due 60 days from your first night. We will send you an email notification reminder
just prior to the 60 day payment due date and 30 day point when the remaining balance is
due. You're welcome to pay any amount at anytime before the due date by
just following your private reservation link.
Step 6: Receipt of Payments
Each time a payment is received you will receive an email noting it. On your
final payment you will receive further detailed information on your stay, the unit
and arrival access plans. Most of this information is already provide in the FAQ section of our website.
Step 7: Provide Access Information
As your request or the day prior to your arrival we send an email with arrival information. Access to the unit
will occur via an email providing a combination to the keypad entry door latch
on the front door.
Step 8: Refund of Security Deposit
After your successful stay has been verified with our cleaning service we'll refund your security
deposit by check or as a refund on your credit card within two weeks.
