You may book your reservation online using our partner VRConnection.com or via phone at 503.614.1983. See our Book Online page for the online booking process.

If you request a reservation by phone we ask that you leave your name, address, phone number and the dates you're interested in. We'll respond via email or phone as soon as possible to offer you a reservation and can hold dates for 7 days pending receipt of your refundable security deposit. One half your rental balance is due 60 days prior to your first night. Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your first night.

Your deposit and all payments can be made online via PayPal or by money order or personal check sent by US Mail. All our online payments are made through PayPal where you can charge your Visa, Discover, American Express and MasterCard without you needing a PayPal account.

Once we receive your deposit we'll send you a reservation confirmation. This will come either through US Mail or email if you book online. 

At this time we do not charge any cleaning deposit and instead ask our renters and their guests to perform a simple checkout checklist when you leave. We ask you to remember all personal items, haul all garbage or recyclables to the basement, turn the heat down and lock the doors. 

Any lost keys, excessive cleaning or repairs required to return the unit to rental ready condition will be charged to the renter. Review our rental policies here.
