You must mention the special promotion by name when you make your online reservation request to receive any special rate. Specials do not apply to holidays unless specifically noted and may not be combined together. Your security deposit must be paid within 7 days of reservation acceptance on any booking to lock your any deal.

The swimming pool is not available during winter and spring midweek rentals (open only on weekends, except in summer). The sauna is available daily.

Summer "Tanks for Coming" Special: In partnership with Clackamas County Tourism & Cultural Affairs we're offering free gas cards for a limited time for stays between June 20 and September 7, 2008. Two nights get you a $30 Fred Meyer card, three nights two $30 ($60) FM cards and for 4 nights or more three $30 ($90) FM Cards. See www.TanksForComing.com for more information. Reservations must be made 7 days in advance of your first night and you must request the special at reservation time. This special may be used together with our End of Summer Special below.

End of Summer Special: Stay 4 nights and get a 5th night for free! Valid from June 19th - September 7th 2008. Reservations must be made 7 days in advance of your first night. Valid non-holidays only. Combine with the Tanks For Coming special and get three $30 Fred Meyer Cash Cards ($90) towards gas and groceries!

Fall Off-Season Weekend Special: Rent two Fall Off Season weekend nights and we'll give you one weekday night, on one end or the other, for free! Valid weekends from September 2 - November 25, 2008. Reservations must be made 7 days in advance of your first night. Early check-in and late check-out options may be available. See note above on midweek pool schedule.

Fall Off-Season Midweek Special: 3 nights for $360 or 4 nights for $450 plus tax. Reservations must be made 7 days in advance of your first night. Valid Sunday-Thursday from September 2 - November 25, 2008. Early check-in and late check-out options may be available. See note above on midweek pool schedule.

Senior Special: Rent any season and if you're lived beyond 65 you get 10% off or we'll waive your pet fee if you want to bring your pup. Proof of age required.

Military Discount Special: To show our appreciation to members of our Armed Forces for their sacrifice we offer a 25% discount off any reservation to serviceman holding a government DoD issued id-card. Retired military and reserve personnel are included in this special. The service person must be the one to book and the lodging total, before discount and taxes, must be over $400. Thanks so much for your service to our country and the sacrifices of your family.

Return Guest Special: Return guests always receive 10% off any nightly rate on return visits. Must book under the same name as your original stay.

Dog Lover Special: Stay any 3 nights during the off season, bring your pup (under 35lbs) and we'll waive the pet fee.
