You must mention the special promotion by name when you make your online reservation request to receive any special rate. Specials do not apply to holidays unless specifically noted and may not be combined together. Your security deposit must be paid within 7 days of reservation acceptance on any booking to lock your any deal.

The swimming pool is not available during winter and spring midweek rentals (open only on weekends, except in summer). The sauna is available daily.

Winter Season Midweek Special: Rent any 3 midweek days for only $500 or any 4 midweek days for only $600. Valid Monday-Thursday on dates before March 15 during the non-holiday winter season. Reservations must be made 7 days in advance of your first night. Early check-in and late check-out options may be available.

April Spring Break Special: Rent any 3 days in April during our Spring Break period and get the fourth night for free. Valid April 1 - April 10th. Reservations must be made 7 days in advance of your first night. Early check-in and late check-out options may be available. See note above on midweek pool schedule.

Senior Special: Rent any season and if you're lived beyond 65 you get 10% off or we'll waive your pet fee if you want to bring your pup. Proof of age required.

Military Discount Special: To show our appreciation to members of our Armed Forces for their sacrifice we offer a 25% discount off any reservation to serviceman holding a government DoD issued id-card. Retired military and reserve personnel are included in this special. The service person must be the one to book and the lodging total, before discount and taxes, must be over $400. Thanks so much for your service to our country and the sacrifices of your family.

Return Guest Special: Return guests always receive 10% off any nightly rate on return visits. Must book under the same name as your original stay.

Dog Lover Special: Stay any 3 nights during the off season, bring your pup (under 35lbs) and we'll waive the pet fee.
